We only ship within the United States. We do not ship internationally.

Refunds & Returns

While we package your plants with extreme care, packages are sometimes mishandled by carriers. Plants are perishable so packages should be opened and inspected on arrival or as soon as possible.

In the event your plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so that we can work to ensure your satisfaction. Depending on the type and extent of damage, we may:

  • send you a replacement plant;

  • provide a full or partial refund in lieu of shipping another;

  • or, provide instructions on how to care for the damaged plant.
